Matt Yanecko
Founder of Trust Home and Earth. Matt has been involved in construction, demolition and fabrication his whole life. He started the company almost 10 years ago and the vision he started with has never faded: Customer Satisfaction.

 

Tim Grieb
Army Veteran with multiple deployments to Iraq, his Army experience makes him a great leader and organizer for projects. Tim also comes from a family background that is heavy in construction/demolition.

 

Cody Wright
An instrumental member of the Trust Team. Also coming from a solid background in construction, his skills with heavy equipment and knowledge and craftsmanship exceed the customer's expecations every time.

Jay Cleary
An exceptional part of our team as well, Jay is a jack-of-all-trades. Flooring, stamping and hardscapes come as natural abilities for him.

Josh McClain
Without Josh to round out the crew, we wouldn't be as versatile as we are. Josh is another do-it-all member of the team from siding to operating heavy equipment.
